An evening routine that supports steady blood sugar may include a balanced dinner with protein, fiber-rich carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Some women also feel better avoiding heavy meals and alcohol close to bedtime.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to give the body fewer reasons to wake up in alarm mode.

Yes, for some women. If night sweats are frequent, intense, or affecting daily life, a healthcare provider can discuss personalized options.
These may include hormone-based options for suitable candidates, nonhormonal prescription options, or support for related issues such as insomnia, anxiety, urinary symptoms, thyroid concerns, or sleep apnea.
The right path depends on personal health history, age, symptoms, risk factors, and preferences. We do not have to push through months or years of poor sleep in silence.
